Terms of Service - Arineko

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Arineko. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arineko marketplace platform and services (the "Service") operated by Arineko ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Arineko, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Arineko. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not use our Service if you have previously been suspended or removed from Arineko.

Our Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where access or use is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account with Arineko, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. Buyer Policies

As a buyer on Arineko, you agree to:

Purchase items for personal use only and not for commercial resale
Complete transactions with sellers in good faith
Open disputes within 5 days of receiving an item if there are issues
Provide accurate delivery information

5. Seller Policies

To list items on Arineko, you must be a verified seller. As a seller, you agree to:

Provide accurate descriptions of all listed items
Deliver purchased items within the stated timeframe
Not list prohibited items (see Section 6)
Maintain a professional and responsive demeanor
Price items at fair market value

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from sale on Arineko:

Accounts that violate game terms of service
Hacked, stolen, or illegally obtained items
Malware, exploits, or cheating software
Real-world currency or items facilitating gambling
Illegal in-game items or services
Items that violate third-party intellectual property rights
Content promoting violence, hate, or illegal activities

7. Payment & Transactions

All payments on Arineko are processed through our secure payment system. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or the automatic release period (5 days) has elapsed.

A service fee of 8% is applied to each transaction. Sellers receive 92% of the sale price.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a dispute is opened and resolved in the buyer's favor, a refund will be issued. The party at fault may be responsible for applicable refund fees.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue with a transaction, you may open a dispute within 7 days of receiving the item. Sellers must respond to disputes within 48 hours.

Arineko will mediate disputes and make a final decision based on available evidence. Our decision is binding on both parties.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
Multiple buyer complaints
Failure to respond to disputes
Prohibited item listings

Funds may be held during investigation of potential violations. You may appeal suspensions by contacting support.

10. Intellectual Property

The Arineko name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Arineko. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission. You retain ownership of listings you create on Arineko.

11. Limitation of Liability

Arineko is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game developers whose items are traded on our platform. We are not liable for any in-game issues, account bans, or losses resulting from game updates or policies.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arineko and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of Arineko after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
